These terms cover your use of the Meetpro website and how quotes are handled.
Quotes and pricing
Prices shown for hardware and published services may change. Google list prices shown on this site are as of October 20, 2026 and are subject to change. Google licenses, hardware and Meetpro services are separate charges unless your written quote says otherwise. Quotes must be accepted and confirmed in writing by Meetpro Inc.. For shop purchases, review the product, quantity, charges and checkout terms before paying.
Hardware orders
Hardware payments are processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Shipping charges and taxes, where applicable, are shown in checkout or your written quote. Delivery depends on availability, destination and site access; an estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date unless expressly agreed. Contact sales@gomeet.pro before ordering if a deadline is essential.
Returns and warranties
Return eligibility, authorization requirements and any restocking charges depend on the product and the terms supplied with your order. Contact sales@gomeet.pro before returning any equipment. Manufacturer warranties, where available, are governed by the manufacturer's terms; this website does not create an additional warranty or remove rights required by law. Request the applicable return and warranty details before purchasing if these are material to your decision.
Services
Installation, migration, porting and support are scoped in a written proposal covering deliverables, responsibilities, fees, dependencies and scheduling. Changes may require a revised quote. Support hours: 8 am–10 pm. These hours are not a guaranteed response or resolution time. Any SLA, cancellation terms, remedies or negotiated liability limits must be stated in your service agreement; none are implied by a website estimate.
Third-party products
Google, Logitech, Neat, Lenovo, HP Poly and other names belong to their owners. Product availability and features are set by those companies.
Use of this website
Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, submit another person's information without permission or misuse forms. Guides and calculator results are general planning information, not legal, tax, compliance or engineering advice. Results depend on the inputs you provide and do not constitute a binding proposal.
Agreements and legal rights
Any agreed governing law, venue and dispute process belong in the applicable written agreement. Where no such agreement exists, applicable law determines those matters. Nothing on this page excludes mandatory consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
