Privacy and cookie information

This page explains what information the Meetpro website collects and why.

Information you send us

When you submit a contact, calculator or download request, we receive the details you enter (such as name, work email, company, needs, team size, message and any calculator inputs), plus the page you came from and campaign parameters such as UTM tags. These are sent by email to sales@gomeet.pro. We use them to reply to your request, prepare estimates and provide the requested materials. Please do not submit passwords, payment card details or sensitive patient information.

Analytics and advertising cookies

Analytics and advertising measurement (Google Analytics, Google Ads and LinkedIn Insight, where configured) load only after you choose Accept in the cookie banner. If you reject, or make no choice, they do not load. You can change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer. Analytics events do not include your name, email address or phone number.

Stored on your device

We store your cookie choice and your shopping cart in your browser (local storage), and campaign attribution for the current session (session storage).

Payments

Hardware orders are paid through Stripe-hosted checkout. We do not receive your card number.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Replit. Inquiries are delivered through Gmail; email responses are handled via Grok as part of our response workflow. Stripe processes payments and Google Calendar handles appointment bookings. Information sent to these providers is also subject to their privacy terms. We do not sell the personal information you submit through our inquiry forms.

Newsletter signup is not active. A failed signup does not create a subscription or add you to a mailing list. Contacting us about a project does not subscribe you to marketing messages.

Your choices and rights

You can ask about information you have submitted, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing sales@gomeet.pro. Please describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information. We may need to verify your identity and retain records required for orders, accounting, legal obligations or resolving disputes. Rights depend on applicable law, including California privacy law where it applies; we do not limit rights that law provides.

Retention and security

Inquiry and order records are retained only as needed to respond, provide services, meet recordkeeping obligations and resolve disputes. The exact period depends on the type of record and applicable requirements. Browser storage can be cleared through your browser settings. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

External links and changes

Links and click-to-play videos may take you to third-party services with their own privacy practices. We may update this notice when the website or its providers change; the date above identifies the latest revision.
