Business Starter, Standard and Plus at a glance

Google Workspace Business plans support up to 300 users. Starter's annual-commitment list price is $7 per user per month, Standard is $14 and Plus is $22. Enterprise needs a separate quote. Prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes; promotions and contract terms can differ.

Annual vs flexible billing

An annual commitment is not the same as a cancel-anytime plan, even when payments are monthly. Flexible monthly reference rates are $8.40, $16.80 and $26.40 respectively. Check the commitment, user changes and renewal terms before selecting a plan.

Storage and meetings

Starter includes 30 GB pooled storage per user and meetings for up to 100 participants. Standard includes 2 TB per user and adds meeting recording and meetings for up to 150 participants. Plus includes 5 TB per user and meetings for up to 500 participants. Review Google's current feature table before relying on a specific feature.

Security and retention features

Choose based on your organization's security and records requirements, not just storage. Plus includes Vault and advanced endpoint management. A plan with retention features does not automatically configure them or make an organization compliant.

Which plan fits which team

List your must-have features, data volume, meeting needs and administrative requirements. Check the current [Workspace comparison](/workspace) and request a quote for migration, setup and training separately. Dedicated room hardware also needs its own Meet hardware license.
